Life insurance broker Protect Line has scooped the ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ award at the Poole Business Awards 2021, sponsored by Dutton Gregory Solicitors. With over 50 entries to the awards from a variety of Dorset based businesses, Protect Line is incredibly proud of this achievement.

Protect Line is passionate about providing the very best in customer service, and with a rating of 4.9/5 from over 34,000 reviews on Trustpilot, it seems customers are getting just that! In fact, ‘customer service’ is the second most used phrase in Protect Line’s online reviews, surpassed only by ‘life insurance’.

The ‘Excellence in Customer Service‘ award is just one of five awards won by Protect Line in 2021. In November, the company has also won the prestigious accolade of ‘Best Protection Insurance Broker‘ in the Insurance Choice Awards.
