What life insurance does OneFamily offer?
OneFamily’s life insurance product is Over 50s Life Insurance. This is a non-medical policy, so there are no medical exams and no health questions. If you’re a UK resident aged 50 to 80, you’re guaranteed to be accepted. This policy helps your loved ones by providing a cash lump sum when you die, which can go towards funeral costs, other bills or leaving an inheritance for your family.
OneFamily also offers other products like investments and ISAs, equity release, and child trust funds.
To talk about OneFamily’s over 50s life insurance, you can start by completing our online form. A member of our friendly team will then call you to go through your options and provide quotes.

Hugo’s helpful notes:
Not all OneFamily cover options are available through Protect Line. We offer a non-advised service to help compare options from a select panel of insurers and provide you with information for you to make an informed decision.
Benefits of insuring with OneFamily
OneFamily offer a range of additional benefits to its customers with over 50s life insurance cover. These include:
Accidental death benefit
If you die in an accident within the first two years of your policy, OneFamily will pay out up to 300% of your cover amount, subject to a maximum payout of £48,000.
Health support from RedArc nurses
If you have OneFamily over 50s life cover, you and your immediate family get access to personal nurses from RedArc for free. They’re there to offer emotional and professional support, advice, and guidance whenever you need it. You can also get a second medical opinion, a one-off home visit from a nurse, and access to complementary therapy and physiotherapy.
Terminal illness benefit
OneFamily’s over 50s cover includes terminal illness benefit as standard. If you’re diagnosed with a terminal illness (meaning you have less than 12 months to live) after having your policy for two years, you’ll get 100% of your cover paid out when you make a claim.
No premiums to pay after the age of 90
With OneFamily over 50s life insurance, once you turn 90, you stop paying monthly premiums—but your cover stays in place, as long as you’ve kept up with payments before then.
Funeral funding built in for the 50s policies
Every OneFamily Over‑50s policy includes a small help towards funeral costs from Co‑op Funeralcare, their chosen partner. This is: up to £300 for a tailored funeral, £125 for a simpler funeral, or £50 for a direct cremation without a funeral service.
You can opt out of this benefit at any time.
Extra support services
Access to will writing, health and wellbeing support, legal advice and bereavement advice alongside over 50s life cover, giving customers practical help as well as financial protection.
