Upon submitting a successful claim, we will send your gift voucher(s) to the email address of your policy within the next 5 working days.
You will receive your gift voucher from our online voucher supplier. Please note the email will either come from ‘Lifestyle’ or ‘Motivates’, not Protect Line. Depending on your email settings, the voucher might end up in your spam or junk file, so please check there as well!
If you haven’t received your gift voucher within 5 working days please submit a new claim.
