You can leave many different types of gifts in your Will, including:
- Specific items (for example jewellery, a car or personal belongings)
- Sums of money
- A share or all of your remaining estate after other gifts and costs
- Some people also choose to leave gifts to charities or causes that matter to them. A Will lets you set this out clearly so the right people and organisations benefit.

The most important thing is that you describe any gifts clearly and state exactly who will inherit the gifts, so that there is no chance of confusion.
