Coronavirus update

A message of support from our owners David & Jo Brewer.

There is no hiding from the impact of coronavirus. It is affecting the daily lives of everyone across the UK and with it comes huge amounts of uncertainty and fear.

We hope that you, your family and your friends are all safe and well and continue to be so throughout this crisis.

As your brokers, we want to do what we can to help support you through this difficult time and our primary focus is ensuring that you and every other customer has access to what they need and that we are able to answer any questions that you might have.

At this time, coronavirus is having an ever growing impact on our teams but we are doing all that we can to maintain our broking services, whilst also ensuring the very best care and safeguarding for our employees. We have already re deployed some of our IT infrastructure to allow our call centre teams to continue to provide a telephone based service but from home and have gone to significant lengths with our offices to ensure social distancing is applied during the working day.

We are also working closely with our insurer partners for any updates and we have set up a Coronavirus Hub with latest information ready for you to access on our website.

We will continue to work hard to maintain operational whilst ensuring the safeguarding of our employees, to ensure that you have access to the services and information that you need.

These are unprecedented times but we stay true to our mission of supporting the UK to protect as many families as possible, which seems sadly, more relevant and important than ever at the moment.
